Asset, contract, instrument and market must resolve before inference is allowed.

Capture

Every observation must preserve event time, ingest time, version, lineage and payload hash.

Arbitration

Lead, confirming and tiebreaker sources must reconcile under versioned doctrine.

Permission

Integrity, conflict, execution and risk may veto. No score buys an exception.

Issuance

A conformant DecisionFrame must be canonically serialized, signed and appended without rewriting.

Replay

The conformance target is unambiguous: same bytes, same doctrine, same outcome.

Forward

MAE, MFE and returns may attach only after each horizon elapses; never by manual backfill.

SOURCE HIERARCHY

We do not count APIs. We resolve evidence.

Every provider enters with an explicit doctrinal role. Two echoes of the same cause count once.

Lead

Doctrinal primary source for one dimension.

Confirming

Corroborates the fact through another surface or venue.

Tiebreaker

Resolves material contradictions under declared precedence.

Audit

Checks integrity or methodology; it does not vote by popularity.

It remains SHADOW until out-of-sample forward calibration passes.
