CRITERIA
Fit before volume.
Admission is evaluated by the usefulness of the case, ability to operate with discipline and value of the feedback to the category.
Real case
A repeatable decision that currently depends on signals, research or unauditable judgment.
Operational owner
One person able to integrate, observe and respond throughout the pilot.
Testing discipline
Accept SHADOW, abstentions, fail-closed states and out-of-sample evaluation.
No return promises
The program validates decision infrastructure; it does not sell guaranteed performance.
WHAT TO SEND
Asset or universe, horizon, current decision, cost of error and integration surface.
The admission channel is public. Do not send credentials, keys, sensitive positions or personal information you do not want to share through that channel.
